Ref no : MSME: 4513 :2022 Date : 31-10-2022 Sub: Zone Wise Empanelment of Valuers (Validity w.e.f 01.10.2022 TO 30.09.2025) Please refer to the Policy on Valuation of Properties and Empanelment of Valuers (communicated vide IC No. 03050-2022 dated 28th Feb 2022) for the year 2022-23 and our letter ref no. MSME: 2696 :2022 dated 25.07.2022, vide which we have commenced the process for empanelment of valuers. In this regard, based on the recommended list of valuers received from all the FGMOs (in compliance to the guidelines as envisaged in subject policy), the competent authority has approved, Zone Wise Empanelment of Valuers. The empanelled list is furnished in the annexure. The subject list shall be valid from 01.10.2022 to 30.09.2025 (subject to review of performance annually). FGMOs are advised to ensure communication of empanelment to valuers under their respective zone. The allotment of work by field functionaries w.e.f. 01.10.2022. Assignment of valuation for different asset class are ensured before allotting any work & limit of the valuation should be ensured strictly as per category of the valuer. IBAs caution list of TPEs should be verified periodically. In the event of identification of any of our empanelled valuer in the caution list as circulated by IBA, the details thereof shall be intimated to MSME Department CO, for appropriate action. ZOs/ROs to ensure fair distribution of work as per policy guidelines.
