Section 1 - General 1.1 - Members must be a minimum of 18 years old to be a member of Los Santos: 1985 Community. Characters must also be a minimum of 18 years old. The server is based in the year 1985. 1.2 - Members are required to have a working microphone to play on the server. 1.3 - You should remain in character at all times. If there is a problem (including rule breaks), roleplay the scenario out and submit a player complaint via Discord. 1.4 - Members can not sell anything in-game for monetary gain (IRL money). 1.5 - You’re solely responsible for the actions on your discord and/or on the server. You’re responsible for the security of your devices. 1.6 - Must be able to speak english. 1.7 - Donation of money and/or scripts-resources are final, no refunds. 1.7.1 - Chargebacks will result in a permanent, unappealable ban from the community. 1.7.2 - You are not permitted to sell or transfer in-game donator perks under any circumstances. 1.8 - All possible infractions will not be specifically listed in the rules, but can be applicable to the sections below at the staff+ discretion. 1.9 - Use of voice changers is prohibited if it is obvious, used maliciously, or used outside of how staff sees fit.
