There’s like a few categories... theirs, like the basics. Group coaching/bootcamp/group classes. Those are usually pretty cheap, maybe like 100-200 bucks... or something like that. They kind of give you some sort of support, but they don’t give you a strategy or everything you need to make sure you’re getting the result you want. Then, at the complete opposite end of the spectrum, there’s high end 1-1 coaching, which is like working with a trainer in the gym, and they're great.
