Office of the Inspector General Ethics Committee AS ORDERED BY THE OVERSEER OF THE ETHICS COMMITTEE A PRESS RELEASE ON THE EMERGENCY SENTENCING OF KILLERBILLS435 AND THE ORDERS OF THE ETHICS COMMITTEE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE In the absence of the Ethics Committee Inspector General, I find it within my charter as Overseer of the Ethics Committee to take up the responsibilities of the Inspector General. The Inspector General is responsible for reviewing foundation and department conduct, election security, and oversight of Ethics Committee Investigations. As the Overseer of the Ethics Committee, it is within my purview to issue executive orders regarding sentencing when the Ethics Committee lacks the necessary infrastructure to review extraordinary cases. With this in mind, taking up the dual responsibility as Overseer and Inspector General, this press release is issued. In a largely unprecedented step, the Department of Intelligence Services issued a foundation blacklist and emergency Class-E sentence to killerbills435 after receiving various tips that he may have committed espionage. The Department of Intelligence Services is authorized to issue Emergency Class-E sentences in accordance with the Regulations and Protocols of Suspension Act if they believe someone is a clear and present danger to the foundation. This authority stipulates that a signed affidavit must be submitted to the Ethics Committee within 24 hours with supportive reasoning as to why the emergency sentence was issued, or else the sentence is considered moot. The Department has until 2:18 pm EST, November 16th to file this affidavit. The following orders are in effect. While the Department of Intelligence Services had probable cause to suspect that killerbills435 committed espionage, the realm of foundation blacklists is largely unregulated. With this in mind, the foundation blacklist against killerbills435 is overturned.
