Group Discussion – 10’ Situations: Ms Linh is a Senior Human Resources Director in Mystery Real Estate Company in Ho Chi Minh City. Recently, the Company is looking for Public Relations Director to liase with the government and the media. It’s very difficult to find good candidate for this position in the local labor market, so Ms Linh decides to introduce her best friend who is meeting about 75% of the recruitment criteria to apply for the position, without disclosing the relationship between herself and this candidate to the Company. The interview went quite smoothly and finally the friend be selected into the Company. To thanks Ms Linh for this new opportunity, her friend send a bottle of expensive perfume to Ms Linh and she received it, consider as an appreciation gesture from her friend. Questions: 1.
