DOERS’ CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Doers’ Certification Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”), made and entered into this ______________ in ____________________________, by and between: OUTSOURCED DOERS, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippines laws and with office address at the 4F Topaz Tower, Damosa IT Park, JP Laurel Avenue, Lanang, Davao City, represented herein by the Head of Human Resources, CANDICE VILLORENTE-TUDIO, hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”; -AND- [NAME], Filipino, of legal age, single/married, and a resident of _____________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “TRAINEE”. WITNESSETH THAT: WHEREAS the Company has agreed to provide the Trainee with proprietary skills training at the expense of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Doers’ Certification"). WHEREAS in consideration of the foregoing premises the Trainee has agreed to enter into this Agreement for the period or periods stated herein and to be bound by the terms, conditions and covenant hereinafter provided. IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: 1. The DOERS’ CERTIFICATION shall be for a period of one (1) week (hereinafter the “Certification Period”), wherein the Trainee will be provided training materials and will be required to successfully submit and pass the certification program before the end of the one (1) week period. The period shall be spent at the Trainee’s own discretion and own pace within the 1-week Certification Period. 2. The Trainee is free to quit the Doers’ Certification at any time and shall be allowed to re-apply through the Company’s application process. However, no previous unfinished training may be credited to a reapplication. 3. The Doers’ Certification is an immersive and proprietary training program designed to prepare the Trainee for the 4-week Training and possible employment with the Company. As such, the Trainee acknowledges and agrees that: 3.1. Undergoing the Doers’ Certification does not confer any employer-employee relationship between the Trainee and the Company; 3.2. The Trainee is not entitled to wages, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other employment benefits for the period covered by the Doers’ Certification. 3.3. Undergoing the Doers’ Certification does not guarantee employment with the Company. 3.4. The Trainee may proceed to the 4-Week Onboarding Training at the discretion of the Company. 4. The Trainee shall not divulge to any person or persons any trade secrets, copyright materials, operational procedures, methods, know-hows, techniques and processes, any information concerning the business affairs or finances or strategies, any confidential report or research commissioned by or on behalf of the Company or any of its respective clients in connection with the business or affairs of the Company or its subsidiary companies or any other information confidential to the Company or its subsidiary companies, suppliers, or clients.
