Agents that do not meet the department's standards are unable to be promoted and can subsequently be demoted or terminated.
Quota QUOTA AND PROMOTIONS ARE VERY CLOSELY RELATED IN THE POLICIES OF REINSTATEMENTS AND RECENT PROMOTIONS. REVIEW BOTH SECTIONS. All personnel have a minimum patrol quota of 300 minutes. It is required to complete this quota otherwise it will be met with a punishment. However, in order to be eligible for a promotion an agent must complete a quota of 540 minutes or exceed it. Probationary Agents and Agents will be terminated if they log 0-100 minutes of patrol quota. Special Agents+ will receive a demotion. Two warnings will equal demotion/termination. 0-100 Minutes = Demotion/Termination 101-280 Minutes = Warning 300 Minutes = Minimum quota 540+ Minutes = Quota required for promotion Reinstatements An agent who reinstates within 14 days of the next quota checks/promotions, must at least complete the minimum quota or will be terminated or demoted depending on the rank. Additionally, agents reinstating within seven days of the next quota checks/promotions are exempt from the quota. Recent Promotion An agent who is promoted within seven days of the next quota checks/promotions is exempt from quota Field Training Division The Field Training Division is given a reduced minimum quota to accommodate for trainings and tryouts. However, if an agent is inactive within the division they are required to complete the full minimum quota of 300 minutes.
