POLICY PURPOSE The P-score Bonus Scheme is designed to encourage teams and individual Partners to deliver the Wow experience for guests for both Dine-in and Delivery service while meeting the quality assurance (“QA”) standard. This document defines the framework, conditions and formula to calculate the P-score bonus for Partners. 2. SCOPE & ELIGIBILITY The scheme is applied for all positions and levels at Restaurants and Delivery hubs of Pizza 4P’s, (hereinafter called ‘Restaurant’), except the following: ● Partners are on maternity leave or long-term sick leave or unpaid leave from 30 days and above ● Partners are under disciplinary action or will be under disciplinary action ● Position of Internal driver 3. DEFINITION & ACRONYM Dine-in P-score: Ratings from guests based on dine-in feedback surveys, feedback from social networks and mystery shoppers Delivery P-score: Ratings from guests via in-house platforms, grab and mysterious shoppers P-score used for this bonus scheme will follow the company calculation method which is announced and guided in Appendix 1. Such a method is subject to change from time to time to ensure the fairness and accuracy of guest feedback. Dine-in Sales: Total Net revenue (as confirmed by Accounting) from Dine-in and Take-away (after deduction of sales returns, allowances, discounts and not include VAT) Delivery Sales: Total Net revenue (as confirmed by Accounting) from Delivery (after deduction of sales returns, allowances, and discounts and not include VAT) Delivery Time: Time from guest’s order to successful delivery 4. P-SCORE BONUS SCHEME 4.1 Bonus Pool: Monthly, each partner will be distributed a specific bonus amount from his or

P-score Dine-in Bonus P-score Dine-in Bonus = P-score Dine-in Bonus rate x Actual Dine-in Sales of the month. P-score Dine-in Bonus Rate is based on actual achieved Dine-in P-score of the month as below: P-Score from Bonus rate >= 4.85 3.50% 4.80 - <4.85 3.25% 4.75 - <4.80 3.00% 4.70 - <4.75 2.75% 4.65 - <4.70 2.50% 4.60 - <4.65 2.25% 4.55 - <4.60 2.00% <4.55 0% Conditions: P-score Dine-in Bonus is only applied if the restaurant meets the condition of QA score of 70% and above and Dine-in Feedback rate of 50% and above.

P-score Delivery Bonus Rate is based on actual achieved Dine-in Pscore of the month as below: P-Score from Bonus rate >= 4.87 2.40% 4.82 - <4.87 2.25% 4.77 - <4.82 2.10% 4.72 - <4.77 1.95% 4.67 - <4.72 1.80% 4.60 - <4.67 1.65% 4.50 - <4.60 1.50% 4.40 - <4.50 1.35% <4.40 0% Conditions: P-score Delivery Bonus is only applied if the restaurant meets the conditions of QA audit score of 70% and above and Delivery Feedback rate from internal platform of 9% and above. c. Delivery Time Bonus Delivery Time Bonus = Delivery Time Bonus rate x Actual Delivery Sales of the month. Delivery Time Bonus Rate is based on actual % of order that have been delivered successfully within or in less than 30 mins in the month. In which % of order delivered less than 30 mins = Number of orders delivered successfully within or in less than 30 mins / Total numbers of Delivery orders in the period % of order <=30 mins Bonus rate >= 95% 2.10% 90% - <95% 2.00% 85% - <90% 1.90% 80% - <85% 1.80% 70% - <80% 1.70% 60% - <70% 1.60% 50%- <60% 1.50% 40% - <50% 1.40% < 40% 0% Conditions: Delivery Time Bonus is only applied if the restaurant meets the condition of QA audit score of 70% and above.
Page/ Trang 4/10 4.2 Bonus Distribution From the bonus pool of each restaurant, Partner will be distributed a corresponding amount based on skill level as at the month and actual working hours in the month: Bonus amount for one Partner = Partner’s Point x VND/ Point In which: ● Partner’s Point = Partner's Actual working hours in the month x Distribution Ratio ● VND/ Point = Restaurant Bonus Pool / Total Points from all Partners. Distribution Ratio for each skill level is as below: Skill level Distribution Ratio Pre / Admin/ Security 1.00 Junior 1 / Cleaner/ DW 1.50 Junior 2 1.75 Junior 3 2.00 Senior 1 2.50 Senior 2 2.75 Senior 3 3.00 Trainer 1 3.50 Trainer 2 4.00 Leader 7.00 Assistant Manager 8.00 Acting Manager/ Manager 9.00 5. IMPLEMENTATION 5.1. Any cheating, pushing or manipulation to get higher scores or to get more feedback from internal and external platforms is not allowed, and an appropriate way of getting the feedback should be followed strictly. 5.2. If any cheating is or violation of this policy and its subsequent or detailed guidelines is found, that store will not be entitled to P-score bonus of that month. The Company encourages and rewards those who report cheating cases or policy violations to protect the company's integrity culture. Some examples of cheating by Partners: post review for own restaurant or other restaurants; ask friends or acquaintances to post review; create fake account to do post reviews on social networks; input into feedback or rating survey; ask/urge guests to give high rating; create multiple reviews for one bill 5.3. In case the total bonus pool from all restaurants exceeds 3% of company total net revenue in the month, the bonus of each partner will be adjusted to the relevant exceeding % (with the same % adjustment applied for all restaurants). Total net revenue used in this calculation is the revenue earned by the corresponding brand (i.e. revenue of Pizza 4P's Vietnam will not include Ippudo, ABL & Cambodia) 5.4. In case a partner has worked in more than one restaurant during a month, P-score bonus will
