Your Mission: The Role solving for better. This is not your typical graduate role. As a Solutions Consultant, you’re not joining to sell features — you’re here to co-create value. You’re stepping in as a Forward-Deployed Solver (FDS) — co-owning real-world problems and delivering intelligent outcomes. You’ll partner closely with forward-thinking clients to question the status quo, break down complexity from first principles, and challenge legacy with better. From Day 1, you’ll be hands-on — diagnosing client challenges, building solutions, and translating them into opportunities for AI-powered transformation. As a Solutions Consultant – FDS (Forward-Deployed Solver) at Searce, you’ll be on the frontlines of transformation — co-owning early-stage conversations, decoding complexity, and challenging assumptions from first principles to craft intelligent solutions that move the needle. You’ll get fluent in client context — their markets, motivations, and mechanics — and dive deep into revenue-impacting workflows across sales, marketing, finance, and ops.
