UNDANG-UNDANG REPUBLIK INDONESIA NOMOR 28 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG HAK CIPTA LINGKUP HAK CIPTA Pasal 1 Hak Cipta adalah hak eksklusif pencipta yang timbul secara otomatis berdasarkan prinsip deklaratif setelah suatu ciptaan diwujudkan dalam bentuk nyata tanpa mengurangi pembatasan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. (2) Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak dan/atau tanpa izin Pencipta atau pemegang Hak Cipta melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi Pencipta sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf c, huruf d, huruf f, dan/atau huruf h untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 3 (tiga) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak RpS00.000.000,00 (lima ratus juta rupiah). (3) Setiap Orang yang dengan tanpa hak dan/atau tanpa izin Pencipta atau pemegang Hak Cipta melakukan pelanggaran hak ekonomi Pencipta sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 9 ayat (1) huruf a, huruf b, huruf e, dan/atau huruf g untuk Penggunaan Secara Komersial dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 4 {empat) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rpl.000.000.000,00 {satu miliar rupiah). (4) Setiap Orang yang me menu hi unsur sebagaimana dimaksud pad a ayat (3) yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pembajakan, dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 10 (sepuluh) tahun dan/atau pidana denda paling banyak Rp4.000.000.000,00 (empat miliar rupiah).

Note: the song can be repeated 2-3 times as warming up activity. • Teacher introduces vocabularies of things in the class by pointing or touching the realia directly, then she uses suitable intonation and gesture to encourage the students in imitating what the teacher says automatically. • Teacher drills the vocabularies of things in the class to make the students familiar with how to pronounce those vocabularies. Practice • Teacher gives instructions containing vocabularies of things in the class then asks the students to do and repeat what the teacher says. For example: ""Touch the wall" "open your book" "point to the lamp, etc." Note: in this stage, the students should follow and imitate the teachers to make them familiar with the material. It is okay if the students have not perfectly imitated the teacher yet. The teacher should not force them to prevent anxiety which cause learning barrier. Productions • Teacher calls a student to come forward then says to his/her friends "The student who stands here is a leader, so you must follow what your leader says." • Teacher asks the leader to give instructions related to the material. For example: "point to the wall" • Teacher calls another student to come forward and be the leader. Note: when the teacher calls a student to be a leader, she should consider to call the high achiever first so the low achiever will get more exposure before his/her turn.
