Darwin D. Diola Ph.D, MP-IOP, CHRA, ICCC, MIEE, CSIOP A professional in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology with extensive expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Academic Research. With nearly 13 years of experience in human resources and five years in the academe, he has established himself as a key figure in fostering workplace efficiency, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies. In the field of Human Resource Management, He has held various leadership roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Consultant for multiple companies. His expertise spans recruitment, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management, ensuring organizations implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives. His commitment to HR excellence is evident in his certification as a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA), where he ranked 8th overall in the national certification examination by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP) in July 2021. His credentials extend to certifications and memberships in global professional organizations. He is a Certified Specialist in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (CSIOP) by the Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE, 2023-2025). He is also an international member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and a professional member of the Visionary Research Association, Inc.
Darwin D. Diola Ph.D, MP-IOP, CHRA, ICCC, MIEE, CSIOP Currently serving as an Associate Professor 1, he teaches various psychology and management-related subjects. His academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD) major in Industrial Psychology and a minor in Clinical Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He also holds a Master’s in Psychology specializing in Industrial Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Psychology (D.Psy) by the Fundamental Baptist School of Theology – Texas Baptist Bible College, USA, recognizing his significant contributions to psychology and education. Beyond academia and HR, he is an active researcher and peer reviewer for prestigious international journals, including Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal (Turkey) and the Journal of Interdisciplinary Perspective. His research interests cover organizational behavior, leadership, mental health, and employee retention, with several published works in high-impact journals. As an educator, researcher, and HR practitioner, he continues to shape the fields of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management, contributing to both academic excellence and industry practice.
