Made by SoberGoblin ES-31 Last edited 22/06/2024 Shadow Hunter Guide Introduction (Skippable) So, Shadow Hunter, the forgotten brother of the archers. Why bother when crossbows are quite better in terms of stats and easier to build? Well, in my humble opinion, cuz it's cooler lmao. I imagine you’re here for the same reason as I am making this. “Where are the Shadow Hunter guides? Why does no one make them?”. So with this, I hope to at the very least show my impressions of this class and explain what I believe is best for this class. So take it with a grain of salt, I’m no absolute mastermind of the game, nor an expert, just a dude wanting to help other people a little bit in this class of mine. That said, enough of ranting, and let’s get to it. Overview Shadow Hunter is a class completely focused on getting consecutive CRITS to get that 40% ATK BONUS, while also maintaining a good amount of COMBO to shoot even more arrows at your foes. So if you don’t mind the actual meta, and like looking at big red numbers on your screen constantly, this might be your class.
Gear ● Early game (lvl 1-89) Here you should focus on stats mainly, the Attributes aren’t high enough to make a difference, so better base stats > attributes. you’ll have to hold on a little until you see the juicy red numbers. ● Mid game(lvl 90-104) At this point you’ll have started to get Supreme and at the very least Immortal gear. In this stage you should start forgetting about main stats. You should focus completely on the attributes, those being CRIT & COMBO, get them as high as you can so you can start to see those nice big red numbers. If by chance you get a Supreme gear for an Immortal slot, DO NOT CHANGE GEAR IF ATTRIBUTES DON’T ALIGN, yes you’ll get better base stats, but at this point you really want those crit & combo percentiles as high as you can, so always attributes > base stats. ● Late game (lvl 105-120+) If you’ve made it this far without changing classes, congratulations! you’re as stubborn as I am and want to make this class work. In the late game your main attributes should be high enough so that you can start thinking on a 3rd attribute you might want to focus on. Of course, you can choose to stay on getting CRIT and COMBO and not add anything else, but I personally think that going for a 3rd one helps in survivability a little more, so you do you. Which 3rd attribute should you go for?. In this case I believe you have 2 options, STUN or EVASION. Stun is good even at a lower percentile, since your high ATK SPEED compensates for it so it’s perfect for a 3rd attribute to focus on. On the other hand, evasion has the helping hand of the mount, as it already adds a base percentile to it, yet still, you’ll have to be careful of it, since the Artifact and some mounts add an IGNORE EVASION percentile, so on PVP some enemies might ignore more than half your evasions. The choice would depend on whether you wanna focus on PvE or PvP. For PvE, EVASION is the clear winner, as enemies do not have the IGNORE EVASION stat, and for PvP STUN, for reasons previously stated. When you unlock Aurous gear, the boost in stats is clearly a lot, but I suggest only getting them if at least 1 of the main attributes are present. If there are no main attributes present, do not risk it and wait a little longer. Stay strong brothers.
Skills ● Early game (lvl 1-89) (PVE) In the early stages, only 3 skills matter, anything else is about having the ones that deal the best skill dmg. Said skills are Speed surge and Nature’s Renewal / Shroom Shield Example Do not use both Nature’s Renewal and Shroom Shield together, unless doing it manually, since in auto-battle they both interpose each other and one becomes useless. ● Early game (lvl 1-89) (PVP) Same as PVE, pick the skills that deal the bigger damage, but this time, do put both Nature’s Renewal and Shroom shield, as the shield will absorb most initial skill dmg from the enemy and nature’s renewal will help with sustaining the enemies basic atk. Example
● Mid game(lvl 90-104) (PVE) This is where the skills you use start to matter on the stuff they do, rather than the skill dmg. The ones you’d be looking out for are SMOKE BOMB and DISARM, as they are great to boost your damage by a lot and render the enemies useless. Auto Battler combinations (same as before, shield or renewal, not both) Manual Battle Combinations(go for higher survivability, basic atk will carry you in the end) ● Mid game(lvl 90-104) (PVP) At this point, people will start to get different skills, as the percentiles to get them really depend on your luck, for me, I had the worst luck and only started to get red skills at lvl 105, so here I’ll share some combinations for this phase of the game, from best to worst.
