Envisioned as a community-centered think tank, SMART.POV embraces a multidisciplinary approach, bringing together a wide range of voices and perspectives. Through meticulous research, thoughtful stories, authentic documentation, curated content, engaging dialogues, narrative explorations, terminology breakdowns, and more, we aim to amplify the work and profiles of young and emerging talents. Moreover, SMART.POV’s guiding philosophy is a commitment to inclusivity, throughout this journey. We believe the architecture and design community is far beyond a competitive industry spotlighting only established players. It is inclusive to everyone contributing to the built environment and its multiple facets. We would like to take on the role of a trusted guide that opens doors, fosters connections, and supports the next generation to navigate the multiple transitions that lay ahead. PRINCIPLES AND PILLARS At SMART.POV, we are intentional about how we build our content ecosystem, constructing it brick by brick. In these foundational stages, our aim is to step beyond solely documenting final outputs and surface-level narratives, and dig deeper. The aim is to empower emerging talents, career changers, and passionate individuals in architecture and design. Every written piece should be aligned with at least one (or more) of the following overarching pillars: 1. COMMUNITY 2. DISCOVERY 3. INSPIRATION

• Metadata: Add relevant keywords, tags, and credits. • Exclusivity: Do not share the article externally until officially published by SMART.POV. • Credits: You will be credited and certificates issued at the completion of the term. SEO GUIDELINES • Add the primary keyword naturally in the article, especially in the first paragraph, subheadings, and image ALT text. • Include the primary keyword in the title, preferably towards the beginning. • Use short paragraphs, simple language, and a conversational tone to improve readability. • Use subheadings, bullet points, and numbered lists to break up content and make it more engaging. • Keep keyword density between 0.8% to 2.5% – use the keyword naturally without stuffing. • Add 2–5 internal links (to related SMART pages, OPTIONAL) and 1–2 external links to strong sources. • Add at least one image per 500 words. Use descriptive filenames and ALT text, with the focus keyword in at least one. • Use secondary keywords where they fit naturally. FINAL CHECKS BEFORE SUBMISSION Writers must attach screenshots/reports of the following tools with every submission: • Grammarly – Final grammar check (score minimum: 85) • Plagiarism Checker – Ensure content originality (share overall score) • Quillbot AI Detector – Minimum 75% uniqueness FEATURED IMAGE GUIDELINES For every article submitted, include a featured image with the following specs: • Size: 1200 x 628 px • Format: JPG • Orientation: Landscape • Quality: High resolution, relevant, watermark-free
