My name’s Lou Miller and I’m going to be your tour guide today as we take this fantastic boat trip around the Tasmanian coast. Before we set off, I just want to tell you a few things about our journey. Our boats aren’t huge as you can see. We already have three staff members on board and on top of that, we can transport a further fifteen people – that’s you – around the coastline. Many teens fall into the trap of comparing themselves to idealized images and lifestyles displayed online, leading to feelings of inadequacy. By enforcing stricter usage limits, teenagers would have more time for face-to-face interactions and self-reflection, promoting better mental health. Additionally, social media exposes teenagers to inappropriate content and cyberbullying. Stricter regulations could include filtering harmful content and monitoring interactions to ensure a safer online environment. This would help reduce instances of cyberbullying, which can have severe emotional consequences.
