Lozenges: These contain sugar and gum and are used to medicate the mouth and throat. 8. Suppositories: These contain medicament with a suitable suppository base that is inserted into body cavities 9. Poultices: This is a solid dosage form converted to a paste-like preparation used externally on the skin to reduce inflammation. Solid form
