Executive Summary SeaBank is a digital financial institution. It is a tech-based banking company that provides the convenience of banking customers 24/7 from home or anywhere via smartphone. In 2021, SeaBank, which was formerly known as PT Bank Kesejahteraan Ekonomi, was acquired by SEA, which is a leader in digital entertainment, e-commerce, and digital financial services in Greater Southeast Asia. SeaBank will continue to pursue its target of becoming the largest digital bank in its segment, namely retail and SMEs, in Indonesia. To achieve this target, SeaBank is consistent in developing business and innovation, one of which is by consistently striving for the implementation of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). However, even though the implementation of the GRC has been implemented, SeaBank still lacks market expansion and digitalization development. In analyzing this, it is found that there are still 6 areas (Technological Barriers, Unformed Community, Funding Support, Capital Investment, Financial Management, and Financial Recording) which need to be improved. Hence, to tackle those problems, in this proposal we suggest for SeaBank to use the SEA (Synchronize, Evolve, Action) strategy. SEA strategy is aiming to increase the level of financial literacy and ease the funding access for SMEs. The strategy consists of three main programs, SEARise, SEAcceleration, and SEAPromote. Each program is consecutive and correlated with each other. The first step to achieve the goals, SeaBank needs to improve its digital banking application and utilize its website. This strategy is further explained in the SEARise program. Next, to increase financial literacy, SeaBank needs to build its own ecosystem through community collaboration and learning catalyst for SMEs. To boost the SMEs in developing their business, SeaBank needs to offer an incentive which is explained in SEAcceleration program. Lastly, to give awareness to the targeted market, it is important for SeaBank to maximize its promotion by utilizing online platforms and campaigns. This strategy is discussed in the SEAPromote section. With our #MelekFinansialDong, SEA strategy is targeted to develop all 6 areas which are still lacking by SeaBank. 1
Chapter 1: Introduction 1.1. SCQA Analysis The following is SCQ analysis to look at the current situation facing SeaBank and key targets or key questions that we must answer through our solutions. Figure 1 SCQA Analysis 1.2. Issue Tree Analysis The Issue Tree aims to examine the problems SeaBank currently facing: Figure 2 Issue Tree Analysis 1.3. TOWS Analysis Based on our TOWS Analysis, it proved that SeaBank's internal position is quite beneficial due to the accessibility of its digital services, but SeaBank lacks unique features. 2
