Qualifications and requirements ● A recent graduate or early-career professional (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, European Studies, or related field); ● Some experience in communications, social media management, or content creation (internships and volunteering experience count); ● Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, and LinkedIn; ● Strong writing and editing skills in English; ● Basic knowledge of design or video tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) is a plus; ● Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a multicultural team; ● Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks; ● Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours (including weekends during major events). Highly valued ● Knowledge of the European-level education policy (in particular, the Erasmus+ programme); ● Knowledge of ESN; ● Experience with writing grant applications and reports; ● Familiar with graphic design and video creation; ● Experience in working with volunteers. Terms and conditions ● Part-Time position ( 4 days per week); ● One-year contract ; ● Salary of 1850 EUR gross per month, plus a 13th and 14th month; ● Meal vouchers of 8 EUR per day; ● Public transportation in Brussels is partially covered; ● Beneficial health insurance covering Hospitalisation and Dental 2
