Database tools Database tools are generally SaaS platforms that give you access to leads and/or companies for a monthly fee. They’re the easiest and most beginner-friendly method for finding leads, however often not the cheapest or most effective method in terms of targeting. We’ll be going through two types of database tools: 1. Lead database tools 2. Company database tools 1. Lead database tools Lead database tools are best if you want a quick and easy way to find leads. 2. Company database tools Company database tools are best if your industry is difficult to target with conventional filters inside LinkedIn or lead database tools (e.g. SaaS companies). You should use company database tools to get a list of companies, then import this list to a lead database tool or a platform such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, so the people within those companies can be scraped.
