OFFICER-ACADEMY OFFICER ACADEMY THE SOVIET UNION [ 4. HOSTING A GENERAL TRAINING AS AN OOT ] To host a General Training, a supervisor is needed every time that Officers On Trial wish to host. There is no exception to this rule. Get an officer to claim the event for you or ask an officer to supervise an event they already claimed. Prepare a format to be posted in #events within The Soviet Union Discord. You also have to make your own banners. OOT’s are to post the event in #events with permission. Host General Trainings in the training camp. The correct one can be accessed by using the “jointraining” command whilst in the main game. Before posting the event format, both the host and supervisor should be in position. Request cuffs from your supervisor. Announce the event in the #events channel of the TSU Discord, tell your supervisor to use the “announcetraining” command. An example of that command is: “announcetraining RED ARMY - GT”. Only Red Guard, Spetsnaz, 109th, CRU, 5th Rifles, and the Red Army can deploy in General Training’s. 10 minutes are given (15 can be given if not enough join) until you start. When you start, get your supervisor to slock. Put a “Started.” message under your shout. Introduce yourself and the supervisor to start. Afterwards, begin the general explanation in which you explain the general rules of the Red Army. You must make the script for the general explanation. Supervisors may assist and approve the script if needed. It must cover the general rules of MSR; - Laws on off-duty raiding for members. - The ways to earn honor as RA members. - Who may run the booth & immigrant line. - No teamkilling, random killing. City access for the Red Army. [ PROPERTY OF THE RED ARMY OFFICER ACADEMY ] REDISTRIBUTION OF THIS DOCUMENT IS UNAUTHORIZED [3]
OFFICER-ACADEMY OFFICER ACADEMY THE SOVIET UNION The first section of the General Training will be faces. Explain everything on how TSU faces work. TSU FACES RULES 3.5.1: Only “[Direction], incline.” or “[Direction], face.” is valid. All commands that attendees must follow during faces must be grammatically correct. 3.5:2: Server messages or server banners are invalid commands that attendees should not follow. 3.5:3: Only "Center, face." breaks "Control, face." 3.5.4: Uppercase "i" cannot be swapped with a lowercase "L" to trick attendees during faces and vice versa. Do not explain this rule to attendees as only hosts have to follow. Start a practice round for attendees to be a little familiarized with the commands and basics of faces. When the timing is correct, move on to the official three rounds to earn the honor. Do whatever is needed to eliminate players from faces legally until three players are standing. If a command leaves only two or fewer players in a round, that is all right. After the three rounds of faces have been completed, formations will be the next phase of the General Training. Perform the following formations in any order, though this respective order is preferable: Wedge, Double Column, Firing Square, and Firing Line (Left Shoulder). Take a screenshot of the wedge to be able to log the event. If you and the supervisor believe that the attendees exceeded in formations, give one honor to all. Make sure to explain all formations beforehand. SFL the players after the formations portion has been completed and march the attendees to the obby. 7 per line. STS them on the starting line of the first obby. Explain to them the time limit they have and how many can earn honor from this.
