Students will examine key HRM functions, such as recruitment, selection, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the strategic role of HRM in achieving organizational objectives and addressing contemporary HR challenges. Course Objectives: - The primary objectives of this course are: 1. Develop skills in communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork through case studies, projects, and interactive discussions. 2. Learn how to use HR metrics and data analytics to make informed decisions, track HRM effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. 3.
