BACKGROUND In this age of digitization, the demand for distant, remote, and flexible learning has tremendously increased, flooding the TESDA Online Program (TOP), the Agency’s eLearning platform for the technical vocational education and training (TVET) sector, resulting in encountering technical difficulties on the said platform. To address the challenges encountered in the TOP and to ensure the continuity of TVET with the demands for eLearning, TESDA upgraded its LMS to a well designed and customized architecture as part of enhancing its eLearning program. The enhancement is responsive to the goals and objectives of TESDA for agile, scalable, flexible, and sustainable TVET delivery that is accessible to the widest audience. The TOP is now designed to accommodate the TESDA Technological Institutions (TTIs) in different regions of the country. A training for TOP Multi-Regional LMS Administration was conducted last October 4 to 22, 2021 and participated by 190 nominated TESDA staff from different TTIs and Regions to be the Regional and TTI LMS administrator in the TOP. This manual contains easy to follow procedures in managing the respective category/dashboard of the Regional and TTI LMS administrators. It contains instructions that will serve as a guide on how to access their accounts and manage the learners and the courses within their category. PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF THIS MANUAL This manual for the customized TESDA Online Program (TOP) Learning Management System (LMS) is developed to guide the Regional and TESDA Technology Institution (TTI) LMS Administrators to: ● Familiarize with the TOP Multi-Regional LMS; ● Navigate the site; ● Manage categories and courses within it; ○ Enroll the users and assign them to different roles; ○ Setup courses and enrollment methods; ● Generate report. i
