10. MEJORA O R G A N I Z A C I Ó N 10.1 GENERALIDADES DEBE Determinar OMs e implementar acciones, para alcanzar los resultados previstos de su SGSST. 10.2 INCIDENTES, NO CONFORMIDADES y ACCIONES CORRECTIVAS  Reaccionar oportunamente al incidente o NC: -Tomando acciones para control y corrección -Hacer frente a las consecuencias  Evaluar, con la participación de los trabajadores e involucrando a las PIs, la necesidad de acciones correctivas para eliminar las CAUSAS RAÍZ;  Revisar las evaluaciones existentes de los riesgos para la SST y otros riesgos; DEBE INTERPRETACIÓN NORMA ISO 45001:2018, CLÁUSULA10 E, I, M, para informar, investigar y tomar acciones  determinar e implementar cualquier acción necesaria incluyendo: Acs y gestión del cambio;

MEJORA O R G A N I Z A C I Ó N 10.2 INCIDENTES, NO CONFORMIDAD y ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA  Evaluar los riesgos de la SST que se relacionan con los peligros nuevos o modificados, antes de tomar acciones; Revisar la eficacia de cualquier acción tomada; Si fuera necesario, hacer cambios al SGSST.
