Bổ trợ 1: Tư duy 5W1H (What, Where, When, Who, Why, How) Câu hỏi ví dụ điển hình: Do you like listening to music? Trả lời vào trọng tâm câu hỏi (yes or no question), sau đó: Triển khai theo 5W1H: What - pop, hip-hop, rock, classical, light music Where+How - Normally, I am keen on listening to music from my earphones when I am on public transport. When - When I can’t go to sleep, I immerse myself in some light music to let my hair down. Who - I mainly listen to music alone, but sometimes I listen with my friends. Why - I am fond of music because it can cheer me up greatly when I feel down/low/blue/tired/depressed. Besides/Moreover/Furthermore (nối câu), it is part and parcel of culture and tradition. II. Bổ trợ 2: hỗ trợ tư duy cho yếu tố Why. 4 khía cạnh hỗ trợ tư duy về 1 chủ đề viết/nói nào đó theo yếu tố WHY: (EX: Why do people like eating out with friends?) ● Health (chủ đề đó có ảnh hưởng tới sức khỏe của bạn ko?) ○ mental health: release my pressure, boost one’s mood, increase one’s energy levels, let one’s hair down, cheer someone up, improve one’s mental health.

EX: I sometimes read books → I read books every now and then. 4. once in a blue moon: hiếm khi. = rarely. 5. on a regular basis = usually. 6. hit the books = study. EX: I need to study → I need to hit the books. 7. see eye to eye (with somebody about something) = agree. EX: I see eye to eye with you about this opinion/ I agree with you about this opinion 8. (be) part and parcel of something: an essential part of something EX: Music is part and parcel of our lives. 9. let one’s hair down = put one’s feet up: relax. 10.
