To exemplify, they can use that money to hire more talented workers or expand their businesses. On the other hand, there are several disadvantages of working from home. The first drawback is that teleworking can decrease people’s productivity. In fact, they may easily get distracted and lose their concentration because they have to do different activities at home such as cooking or taking care of their families. Another negative aspect is that people might feel isolated from their colleagues.
