CREATIVE CAMP & GRAND FINALE GUIDELINES For contestants - Film category

Your folder Each team will have a dedicated folder containing the following sub-folders and materials 1. Team photo: To upload your team photos following this photo guidelines before 6pm, Tuesday, 8 April 2025. This photo will be projected onto the large LED screen at the Grand Finale, so please ensure it is of the highest quality and the prettiest shot. 2. Final presentation deck: To upload your final presentation deck before 12pm noon, Tuesday, 15 April. Please note that your mentor can access this folder too and it will be switched to “View only” after this deadline. 3. First submitted work: You can find your first submitted work here. 4. Grand Finale tickets: We would like to offer your team 2 complimentary tickets to invite your family or friends to come and support you. The tickets are placed here. Please check email to find the notification to access your folder. Creative Camp - General Objective - Creative Camp is the special program that takes place just before the final round. It serves the purpose to prepare for the Top 10 teams of each category so that the teams can perform at peaks at the Grand Finale to claim for the championships of Vietnam Young Lions. - The Creative Camp is run based on a mentoring approach and the Shortlist juries play the role of the mentors, helping the Top 10 teams (mentees) polish the final presentation decks and deliver excellent performance on the large stage of Vietnam Young Lions. Mentor and mentee matching - The process for matching mentors and mentees is based on the availability of mentors and mentees in Step 1. AIM will first check the available time slots of the mentors, and then inform the mentees to choose the workable time slots. - The names of mentors will remain anonymous until the schedules are matched.
