5 - be up to your eyes/ ears/ neck/ eyeballs/ eyebrows in sth = be rushed/run off your feet = be all go = have enough/a lot/too much on your plate = have your hands full = be as busy as a bee = be snowed under (with sth) - chase your (own) tail = run round in circles - to be extremely busy; to have too many things to do - to be very busy but in fact achieve very little - ngập ngụa, lu bu với công việc, cực kỳ bận rộn - bận làm nhiều việc nhưng chưa được việc gì E.g. There's no way I can take a vacation right now. I'm up to my ears in work at the moment. E.g. We've been running round in circles trying to get the information we need, but no-one will tell us anything. E.g. I'm absolutely snowed under with work at the moment. 6 - breathe/ rest/ sleep easy - blow/ let off steam - to relax and stop worrying - to do or say sth that helps you to get rid of strong feelings or energy - dễ thở, nhẹ nhõm - nghỉ xả hơi E.g. He had a fight with his brother, so he went for a run to blow off his steam. E.g. You can rest easy - I'm not going to tell anyone. 7 - be over the moon = be in seventh heaven = jump for joy = be on cloud nine = be thrilled to bits = be in a good place/space = be like a dog with two tails - be tickled pink - extremely happy and excited - to be very pleased - vô cùng vui sướng - cảm thấy hài lòng E.g. He was over the moon when he heard the news. E.g. She was thrilled to bits with her new bicycle. E.g. They were in seventh heaven when they learned they'd won a cruise. E.g. When I got the job, I was on cloud nine for several weeks. E.g. We jumped for joy when we got the mortgage. 8 - look/ feel like a million dollars/ bucks = be/look a picture = be as pretty as a picture - be a sight for sore eyes - to look/ feel extremely good/ beautiful/ pretty - to be a person or thing that you are pleased to see; something that is very pleasant to look at - trông thật lộng lẫy/ đẹp/ xinh xắn - người/ vật/ điều gì khiến bạn rất vui lòng, thanh thản khi nhìn thấy E.g. "Wow, Mary, you look like a million dollars/ bucks this evening. I love your dress!" E.g. The garden was a picture with all the roses in bloom.

9 - feel/ be as fit as a fiddle - be going strong - be a picture of health - be in the pink - to be very healthy and strong - to continue to be healthy, active or successful - to look extremely healthy - to be in good health - khỏe như vâm - vẫn dẻo dai,vẫn sung sức - khỏe mạnh, tràn đầy sức sống - sức khỏe tốt E.g. That woman is 50 years old but she is running like a 20 years old. She is as fit as a fiddle. E.g. My friend was struggling with an illness, but now she is a picture of health. E.g. He's still going strong at 94! 10 - be/feel under the weather = be/feel off color - look/feel like death warmed up/over - be fit to drop = be dead on your feet - be on your/ its last legs - have a splitting headache - to feel slightly ill and not as well as usual - to look or feel very ill or tired - extremely tired - to be going to die or stop functioning very soon; to be very weak or in bad condition - to have a very bad pain in your head - khó ở trong người - như chết trôi, nhìn rất ốm yếu, mệt mỏi - mệt nhừ - kiệt sức, sắp chết - đầu đau như búa bổ E.g. A: What's wrong with Katy? - B: She's feeling under the weather so be quite and let her rest. E.g. It looks as though her grandfather's on his last legs. E.g. I drank too much beer last night and now I have a spitting headache. E.g. He told me to go back home. He said I look like death warmed up. 11 - a piece of cake - as easy as anything/as pie/as ABC/as falling off a log - child's play = duck soup - something that is very easy to do - very easy or very easily - something that is very easy to do - việc ngon ơ, việc dễ làm - rất dễ dàng - dễ như ăn cháo E.g. The whole procedure is as easy as ABC. E.g. I don't study much for the test, it just piece of a cake for me. 12 - be in black mood = have a strop on - be a wet blanket - get out of bed on the wrong side = get up on the wrong side of the bed = be in a mood - to be unhappy, or angry and impatient, in a bad mood - a person who is not enthusiastic about anything and who stops other people from enjoying themselves - to be in a bad mood for the whole day for no particular reason - tâm trạng xấu (nóng giận, buồn chán) - người làm người khác cụt hứng - càu nhàu, bực dọc, cáu kỉnh, không vui E.g. She was in one of her black moods today. E.g. Why have you got such a strop on - what's happened? E.g. I hate to be a wet blanket, but I thought the show was terrible. E.g. – “I told you to pick up your things! And don’t play your music so loudly!” - "Wow. It looks like someone got up on the wrong side of the bed!"
