Quem é Lari Proença? OIE! Eu sou a Lari, tenho 26 anos, trabalhei na Disney duas vezes e, desde 2022, ofereço mentorias de preparação para entrevistas de emprego, focando no processo seletivo do ICP (International College Program, atual CEP). Sou formada em Administração pela UFRGS e fiz meu TCC na área de Recrutamento e Seleção, além de estar sempre aprimorando meus conhecimentos na área de Gestão de Pessoas e Desenvolvimento Pessoal. Já fui professora de inglês e já trabalhei em agência de intercâmbios no suporte ao aluno e aplicação de vistos. Além disso, amo estudar sobre planejamento e organização, hábitos, criatividade, e rotina. Como utilizar esse documento Essa lista foi criada unindo relatos de entrevistas desde 2022, e categorizada fazendo sentido dentro da minha metodologia, onde você elabora o que você quer falar na entrevista ANTES de ver listas de possíveis perguntas. O intuito deste documento não é que você decore uma resposta para cada pergunta, e sim entenda o que você gostaria de falar por categorias, por exemplo: por que você quer trabalhar na Disney? Por que a Disney deveria te contratar? (Módulo 3 do Curso Spark Key) Nem todas as perguntas neste documento serão feitas na sua entrevista, e podem haver perguntas além das que estão aqui.
