Overview This document outlines the expanded Admin Flow and Agent Flow features for QuestionPro Voice, incorporating new requirements to enhance the system's flexibility and usability. The central unit of work is now a "Project" instead of a single survey. A project can have multiple surveys, and administrators can define project structures, assign agents, and manage workflows effectively. Adding Project Management with Admin workflow and Agent Workspace with Agent workflow results in key page updates and new feature additions that must be implemented together. I’ll be sharing details below. Core Features Presented: AI Agent Management 1. Creation and configuration of AI voice agents 2. Voice parameter customization (pitch, speed, clarity) 3. Performance monitoring and optimization 4. Global agent settings that apply across projects Project Management 1. Project creation with multi-step configuration 2. Survey assignment and scheduling 3. Contact list management and prioritization 4. Performance tracking and reporting Survey Import System 1. Direct import of surveys from the QuestionPro platform 2. Survey selection and configuration for voice adaptation 3. Preservation of question logic and structure
Agent Workspace 1. Project-specific call queues 2. Real-time call handling interface 3. Performance metrics dashboard 4. Context-aware agent tools and resources Call Settings 1. Phone number management for outbound calls 2. Call scheduling and hours configuration 3. Retry logic and attempt management 4. Contact list uploading and priority configuration Project-Agent Integration 1. Assignment of global agents to specific projects 2. Project-specific agent configuration 3. Role-based agent assignment (primary, backup, specialist) 4. Agent workspace integration with the project context Call Monitoring 1. Real-time queue visualization 2. Active call monitoring 3. Performance metrics tracking 4. System health monitoring 2. Admin User Requirements Admin should be able to manage different Projects, each with a specific set of surveys, agents, and call settings. They should be able to perform the following responsibilities: 1. Setup a Project ○ Define project details (name, objective, etc.). ○ Select surveys from QuestionPro to include in the project. 2. Upload Contact Lists ○ Upload phone numbers and mailing lists. 3. Configure Call Parameters ○ Set up phone numbers to be used for outbound calls. ○ Define call timing and availability windows. 4. Manage Agents
○ Add/remove agents from projects. ○ Assign agents to specific surveys. ○ Define whether an agent is AI or Human. 5. AI Agent Configuration ○ Create AI agents with characteristics such as tone, language, and engagement strategy. 6. Monitor Performance ○ View real-time analytics on agent success rates, survey completion rates, and call performance. 3. Project Management 3.1 Project Overview Dashboard This is a list of all projects an admin can update. This will be present on the homepage and needs to split all projects into: 1. Active 2. Drafts 3. Completed An admin can create a new project directly via the new project button.

Import Surveys directly from QuestionPro for each project. 2. Add any survey-specific configurations if needed. 3. The user can directly access the agent workspace to execute calls. Contd.
