Thus, I have prepared myself to apply for MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Padua to achieve my career aspiration. My previous academic accomplishments reinforced my belief that I am a top candidate for this program. During my undergraduate studies, I adopted a rigorous approach to attain theoretical knowledge of international business activities. As my GPA was persistently ranked first in class for 4 years, I was awarded scholarships for the top 7% in 4 consecutive semesters. Furthermore, I got an Erasmus+ Scholarship for my exchange in Belgium, which cultivated my cross-cultural competence to pursue a master's program abroad. Then I broadened my horizons through research work and successfully published 5 publications in Economics, Business, Education, and Management. Remarkably, I was sponsored by a governmental department for a project - "Development of organic agriculture supply chains", in which I suggested that developing traceable and verifiable food chains is the key to approaching European consumers. Depending on my research capability, I stood up over 40 excellent candidates to become a research assistant for the dean of the Business Administration Faculty in his essential projects. My research capability aside, I can contribute to this program the perspectives of Vietnam entrepreneurs while joining global supply chains and, in return, comprehend a global vision through class debates. Becoming the youngest project leader for European markets in the leading Agri-food Export company of Vietnam, I have accumulated solid experience by grasping local firms' and the government's views. Furthermore, I have built strong networks with Governmental Trade Agencies and agricultural associations. Remarkably, we collaborated to organize FoodExpo 2021 - the largest Trade Fair that attracted more than 10,000 foreign visitors on a virtual platform. The valuable experience enabled me to realize my career goal is to be a consultant in the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade to support Agricultural SMEs penetrate the global market. Pursuing Entrepreneurship and Innovation, I will achieve critical elements to grow a sustainable business model for Vietnam's Agricultural SMEs with multi-dimensional forms of innovation in a global market. As a future consultant, the quantitative and qualitative tools offered in the course content will further strengthen my consulting abilities to work with agri-business cases for optimal operations management and innovative business strategies. In the class "Global Firms and Global Value Chains", I can fulfil my knowledge gaps in international management to support Vietnam's agribusiness to overcome constraints while joining global value chains. With the in-depth knowledge in entrepreneurship, I plan to design European market-entry plans for Vietnam’s agribusinesses to seize the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement opportunities.
