FAQs (Updated for 2024) 1. How can I access Xero Central when logged in to Xero? To access Xero Central while logged in to Xero, simply click the “?” (Help) icon located in the upper right corner of the page. From there, select “Go to Xero Central”. Once in Xero Central, you can follow the steps provided below: ○ Learning > Xero Certifications > Certifications i. Xero Advisor Certification 1. Choose“Self-paced” and use this file 2. Could you kindly provide guidance on resolving this issue? ○ To address this matter, kindly navigate to Xero Central and proceed to the My Profile menu located in the upper right corner of the page. From there, select User Settings. Ensure that you select any of the available +8 time zones and set the country field to Australia. 3. If I notice an updated question in the self-paced certification, who should I report it to? ○ If you notice an updated question in the Online Courses, you should report it to Coach Mark or the admins in your Messenger group chat. Be sure to include a screenshot of the updated question and take note of the module and lesson topic. 4. After completing the self-paced certification, where can I download the certificate? ○ In Xero Central, click “My Certification Status” 5. I finished all the lessons in self-paced certification but my certificate does not show up in “My Certification Status”. How can I print my certificate? ○ This is a known issue to Xero after their update in Xero Central last March 12, 2023. Please follow the below basic troubleshooting steps: i. If you finished the self-paced version of the certification, please check each lessons and make sure that they all have blue check mark ii. Clear cache and cookies via your browser’s settings iii. Try to login to in incognito (Google Chrome) or in-private browsing (Microsoft Edge)
iv. Try to login to a different device and/or browser v.
