Định nghĩa Trạng từ chỉ tần suất là các từ diễn tả mức độ thường xuyên hoặc tần suất diễn ra của một hành động. Các trạng từ chỉ tần suất thông dụng là never (không bao giờ), rarely (hiếm khi), sometimes (đôi khi), often (thường), usually (thường xuyên), always (luôn luôn)... VÍ DỤ: I rarely skip breakfast. (Hiếm khi tôi bỏ bữa ân sáng.) 2. Vị trí của trạng từ chỉ tần suất trong câu Trạng từ chỉ tần suất thường đứng ở ba vị trí: - Trước động từ thường VÍ DỤ: We usually have family meal. (Chúng tôi thường ăn cơm gia đình.) - Giữa trợ động từ và động từ chính VÍ DỤ: She doesn’t often come late.
