KATA PENGANTAR Penulis memanjatkan syukur ke hadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas berkat dan karunia-Nya, Tugas Besar Perancangan Bangunan Sungai untuk memenuhi syarat kelulusan mata kuliah tersebut dapat selesai dengan baik dan tepat waktu. Proses pengerjaan tugas besar itu tentu mengalami banyak kendala dan tidak dapat diselesaikan tanpa bantuan dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Oleh karena itu, kami sampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada : 1. Bapak Dr.techn.
