Example: Nita's family packs water bottles and a special bag for the mela. Traveling safely is crucial- When traveling, we need to follow safety rules to avoid accidents. Example: Rohit's father tells the children to sit properly in the bus and not put their hands or heads out of the window. Melas have many different attractions- At a mela, you can find various stalls, games, and shows. Example: The children buy toys, ride on a merry-go-round, watch a magic show, and eat different foods at the mela. Public services are available at big events- Large gatherings have safety measures and help services. Example: The mela has an ambulance, police jeep, fire engine, and a 'Lost and Found' booth. We should take care of our elders- Older people might need extra help and consideration. Example: The family gets a wheelchair for Dadiji at the mela. Proper hygiene is important- We should wash our hands before eating and dispose of waste properly. Example: The children wash their hands before eating and use dustbins for waste at the mela. Ambulance: A special van that takes sick or injured people to the hospital. It has a loud siren and flashing lights. Inside, there are medical supplies to help people quickly Police Van: A vehicle used by police officers to keep our community safe. It helps police reach places quickly when there's trouble. Police vans often have "POLICE" written on them in big letters Fire Van: A big red truck that firefighters use to put out fires. It carries lots of water and long hoses. Fire engines have ladders to help people escape from tall buildings Emergency services work together to keep us safe.
