Punishments can be but aren’t limited to; XP wipes, demotions, removal from department, department blacklist, officer position blacklist and game bans. Be aware that if you are a trainee within the Time Keeper’s Guard then you are not officially a part of the Time Keeper’s Guard. The role of trainee is used exclusively for tryout purposes, and due to the actions of many will remain that way permanently. While as a trainee you will spawn inside a specialized box which is meant to prevent you from freely roaming the TVA. As a trainee you are not permitted to perform the duties of a Time Keeper’s Guard unless given permission by leadership, the Time Keeper’s or He Who Remains. Whilst as a trainee a training may be held which you are permitted to attend which aims to improve your knowledge about the role of the Time Keeper’s Guard, how to perform their duties and to help better improve your odds of passing a tryout. If there are any concerns or questions in relation to the handbook or any part relating to the role or duties of the Time Keeper’s Guard that may either not be covered here or need clarifying, then please ping an officer or leadership within the branches server with your query. SECTION 2: RULES (1) Whilst on the Time Keeper’s Guard team, you are expected to remain professional and to focus on only doing your duties whilst on the team. If you are looking to take a break and go off-duty, then you are expected to swap teams. Same applies if you need to go AFK, where it is expected that you either go to the menu or swap teams before rejoining the Time Keeper’s Guard team. (2) Oath of Silence (Commonly referred to as OOS) is enforced whilst on the Time Keeper’s Guard team. You are expected to communicate through team chat where you can talk more freely. For monitoring purposes please include “[T]” before or after each message. (i.e “There is a lance corporal trying to see the Time Keepers. [T]”). The radio can also be used to convey messages to the rest of the TVA whilst still using team chat. If you need to talk to someone individually, use whispers which require you to use their display names instead of their proper username. Whilst whispering someone, please include [W] before or after the message for monitoring purposes. (i.e “[W] Could you go deal with that MM.”) If you need to warn a player, then you are permitted to talk outside of team chat.
