Property of SharpCheddar’s GCR Criminal Violations are in-game actions by Republic team members that break rules or disrupt gameplay. These are usually punished by imprisonment, though severe cases may be reviewed by Republic Intelligence for further action. While punishments are defined by statute, the Coruscant Guard has discretion in interpreting and stacking charges based on the situation. Any violation that applies to Hostiles is marked with (AAH) MINOR INFRACTIONS (Warnings Granted: 3) (Arrest Time [Minutes]: 5 - 10) Statute 1.1 Random Shooting This is specified as the reasonless usage of blaster weaponry. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they shoot any of their blaster weapons to a total of four or more shots consecutively in a Republic-controlled zone, space, or location without hostile disturbance or presence. Statute 1.2 Wrong Morph/Uniform Wrong Morph is specified as the utilization of a morph that is not explicitly assigned to personnel’s rank or position. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they wear any morph other than their specifically designated Statute 1.3 Misuse of a Jetpack This is specified as flying a jetpack in an area where jetpack use is prohibited, in spaces deemed too small, or contrary to orders from the Supreme Chancellor or Supreme Commander. Statute 1.4 Spamming This is specified as the frequent repetition of otherwise harmless actions, typically used to annoy other personnel or advertise. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they repeatedly use game features, such as sending the same or similar message more than five times within five minutes or using jetpacks excessively to annoy others. Statute 1.5 Disrespect This is specified as insulting or attacking another individual or legion with the intent to o end or harm. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they clearly disrespect other legions or personnel in-game. Statute 1.6 – Disobedience to Guard Sector Commands This is specified as failing to follow lawful orders given by a member of the Guard Sector (“GS”). Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they ignore such orders without proper reasoning.

Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they obstruct investigations, knowingly provide false or misleading information, file false reports, avoid or refuse to answer questions to delay proceedings, or persuade witnesses to lie. Statute 2.2 - Chat System Abuse This is specified as attempting to circumvent the ROBLOX chat filter or using speech to harm, o end, or bypass chat restrictions. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they abuse the chat system. Statute 2.3 - Aiding & Abetting This is specified as the act of willingly assisting or conspiring with others to commit a criminal act. Statute 2.4 - Disruption This is specified as interrupting the duties of Guard Sector members (“GS”) or formal events such as tallies. Members are subject to punishment if they loiter after being asked to move, prevent guards from delivering warnings or performing eliminations, or disrupting military formations . Statute 2.5 - Insubordination This is specified as failing to obey lawful order from O cer Corps (“OC”), High Command, or Company sergeants (“CS”) with authority. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they ignore such orders Without proper reasoning. Statute 2.6 - Forgery This is specified as creating or altering information dishonestly to gain advantage, Or speaking on behalf of another member without consent.
