So for you to have an optimal circadian rhythm you have to use light to your advantage: Limit blue light exposure after sunset, watch the sunrise and sunset daily and try to keep your room dark during sleep(not pitch black). Temperature also influences circadian rhythm but plays a smaller role as opposed to light. It is very simple try to keep your room cold when you are sleeping. One of the things I also like to do to help me sleep besides wearing blue light blocking glasses and go to bed early is drinking a sleep cocktail. This cocktail consists of a few ingredients: 1.
