DESCRIPTION OF WORK The scope of work includes fabrication, shifting and fixing of Aluminum sliding door, Window, Louvered Ventilator etc. as per the drawing/sample made at site & certified on ______ videno. ______ Including cutting of sections, making frame work, glass shutter, mosquito net shutter & ventilator shutter including fixing of all types of hardware & fixing the finished product on site at appropriate position.

PROCEDURE OF WORK 2.1 Study all the drawing & specification of doors & windows for the project as per sample made & fixed in sample flat, Taking actual measurement on site for fabrication of Aluminum framework & checking the availability of material required for days work. 2.2 Cutting plan is to be finalized prior to start of cutting material to optimize the use. 2.3 All Aluminum material must be cleaned by removing any paint, scale or dust before cutting. 2.4 All joints must be properly finished; all slag/bur must be removed by grinding & finished smooth. 2.5 Fixing clearance for the assembled section must be not greater than 3mm. 2.6 All hardware material such as lock, roller etc. fitted must be working smoothly 2.7 Fixing of fabricated product i.e. door, Window, Ventilator etc. as per the drawing / sample. Handing over the flat to the company after total completion of work. Cleaning of flats must be done after completion of work.

Aluminium window to be manufactured using minimum dimension so that window can be fitted in the opening Additional Information: #2 if x=x then correct. Take measurement for aluminium window. if x≠x, then correction to be done in concrete till we get x=x.
