The Union Guards represent the elite bodyguard and ceremonial unit of The Computer Union, deeply rooted in the traditions of the country's military history. Established with a commitment to protect the government and uphold the honour and dignity of the nation and military, this distinguished unit seamlessly blends the roles of guardianship and ceremonial representation. These units are most highly disciplined (who have humour which they use when it’s the right time) and are selected from the applicants that must pass the Initiative Training, or from those who pass a difficult Tryout. The Union Guards consist of 3 different companies (or branches); Young Guards, Middle Guards and State Guards. Each company has a higher level of responsibility and almost functions like groups of their own whilst serving under 1 roof, the Union Guards. In-game duties The Union Guards take on quite a few jobs within the Paper Pls game, these include: - Guarding VIPs (diplomats, government, UG HICOM). - Guarding the government building, Nooblord Statue in the city, and any government installations. - Helping out the local police force (the Lemitsia) in conducting their duties, if required. - Patrolling the city, border and being the most elite and well equipped homeland guards.
