IT MEANS: The R1 INCIDENT REPORT FORM is MANDATORY It must be filled out for all reports of Serious Crimes, Minor Crimes, Minor Offences, Missing Persons, Occurrences, Minor Offences, Domestic Violence,Traffic Offences ,other Matters Domestic Violence Related, Road Traffic Accidents and other General Reports, of all incidents reported at the Charge Room, on enquires, by person on Patrol and Traffic Duties and reports for other stations. #
