4 Tata Sumo, after loading cash, was coming near Ramachandrapura Main Road, Jalahalli Post, along with Driver, Gunman Motaiah and Gajendra, the custodian, was stopped by the accused persons who claimed to be the friends of the Driver of the vehicle and entered the vehicle. The said persons have threatened the inmates of the vehicle and tied them with tapes and took them to Lalbagh, Dasarahalli near Hoskote and looted Rs. 44,00,000/- cash, which was in the vehicle. The Petitioners have been arrayed as accused No.3 to 5 in the said crime. The Copy of the F.I.R. is herewith enclosed as Document No.1. 6. After production of the accused persons before the Magistrate, the Petitioners and others were remanded to Judicial Custody and from the date of their arrest the Petitioners are in Judicial Custody. The Petitioners and other accused filed application under section 483 BNSS for grant of bail before the Hon'ble Fast Track Court-IV, Bengaluru City, in Cril.Misc.No.4177/2019. The learned Sessions Judge after receiving the objections and hearing was pleased to reject the application vide order dated 21.08.2019. The copy of the order is herewith enclosed as Document No.2. Hence this Petition for grant of bail before this Hon'ble Court. GROUNDS 7. The Petitioners are innocent of the alleged offences leveled against them. They have never involved in the alleged crime. The police have foisted a false case against the Petitioners, just to cover up the latches on their part. 8. That the Respondent Police upon a complaint have registered the crime against unknown persons and based on the alleged voluntary statement have arrested the Petitioners herein, who are brothers and no way involved in the crime and have woven a concocted story and have arrested and got them remanded to judicial custody. 9. That there are no reasonable materials on record to hold that the Petitioners are guilty of offence punishable with death or imprisonment for life.
