Structure of HBV viral particle HBV DNA This slide shows the structure of the HBV viral particle: ‐ HBsAg, HBV surface antigen is on surface of virus. ‐ There is nucleocapsid, core, in inside of viral particle. ‐ HBcAg, HBV core antigen is on surface of nucleocapsid. ‐ HBV DNA is inside of nucleocapside. ‐ HBeAg, HBV envelope antigen, is located between HBV surface and core. 4
