2 I. Introduction 1. FPT FPT Corporation, the largest technology service in Vietnam, was founded on September 13, 1988, which is a descendant of The Food Processing Technology Company. In 2002, the company equitized with the name of The Corporation for Financing and Promoting Technology and began to list on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) under the code of FPT in late 2006. On December 19, 2008, the corporation changed its name to FPT Corporation. According to CafeF, FPT Corporation currently has 3 core business lines: Technology, Education and Telecommunications, which contain an outstanding number of sections with 17 industries such as Export Software, Banking, and Financial, Real Estate, System Integration (SI), Distribution of Information Technology and Telecommunication products, Education and Training, etc. According to FPT, up to now, the company has 8 subsidiaries and 5 associated companies with a total of over 30,651 employees. So far, the company has reached 29,830 billion VND in 2020’s revenue (FPT, 2021). The Capital Charter is over 10,259 billion VND along with the number of listed stocks and shares outstanding are 907,551,649 and 907,469,273 shares, respectively (CafeF, 2021). GAS PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) is a significant corporation – a member of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) – that is a market leader in Vietnam's gas sector. In September 1990, Gas Company was established with the foundation of collecting, transporting, processing, storing, and trading gas and gas products such as Dry gas, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Compressed Natural gas (CNG), etc. Up to now, PV Gas has covered most activities related to the gas industry in Vietnam and expanding in the ASEAN region. PV Gas's shares were listed and traded on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on the first day of the HCM city trading floor with the stock ticker of GAS (CafeF, 2021).
