3. Match rules 3.1 Commitments ● All team members are expected to follow the code of conduct found in section 8 and behave in a professional and sportsmanlike manner at all times ● All participants and associated team members agree to comply with admin decisions and judgements. Admins will have final say over interpretation of rules, eligibility, and misconduct and those decisions cannot be appealed. ○ Admins reserve the right to decisions regarding situations that may be outside of the rules, these decisions will be final. ● Any racism, homophobia, sexism, or transphobia are explicitly prohibited. There is a zero tolerance policy for any of these types of words and will result in a player ejection from the tournament. ● When registering your team, double-check all the provided information, especially the Riot ID, as you can’t change any details after the registration is done. 3.2 Teams and rosters Eligibility ● Players must submit any Government ID of theirs (16 and above need to provide government ID and below can send any valid id) ● Least of 3 Nepalese Players should be playing in the team. ● Players may not play for more than one team at a time. Verification ● Players/Teams who have been verified through their submitted IDs will be marked green tick in the #tag-your-team discord channel. Players Each team must produce a roster of at minimum five (5) players. Teams are permitted one (1) substitute player that is eligible to replace a starting player if a starter is unable to compete. Emergency Substitutions In the event of an emergency during a match, teams will receive up to ten minutes to produce an eligible substitute. The substitute must be a listed member of the team roster and tournament officials will determine if the situation qualifies as an emergency.
