Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they encourage or coerce personnel to commit offenses, such as falsely informing them that prohibited actions are allowed or acceptable. Statute 3.2 - Misuse of Weapons and/or Tools This is specified as abusing equipment or weaponry in a manner that causes harm or disruption to members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”). Punishment applies to those who improperly distribute tools or weapons to unauthorized individuals or use them recklessly. Statute 3.3 – Disorderly Conduct This is specified as engaging in behavior that disrupts order or peace within GCR activities. Members are subject to punishment if they act foolishly, provocatively, or otherwise cause disturbances that interfere with the functioning of the group. Statute 3.4 – Conduct Unbecoming of an Officer This is specified as acting in a manner inappropriate for those holding Officer rank or above. Violations include any actions that discredit the Officer Corps, breach professional standards, or undermine the integrity or morale of the group. Unauthorized dancing or inappropriate conduct without command approval are also punishable. Statute 3.5 – Harassment This is specified as engaging in verbal altercations, insults, or repeated offensive behavior towards others without just cause. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment for any form of harassment or intimidation that creates a hostile environment. Statute 3.6 - Assault This is specified as attempting or committing unjustified team kills (“TK”) or random kills (“RK”) of civilians or teammates. Members are subject to punishment if they intentionally cause harm without valid operational reasons or orders. Statute 3.7 – Criminal Threat This is specified as making physical or verbal threats intended to coerce, intimidate, or force compliance from others. Members of the Grand Army of the Republic (“GCR”) are subject to punishment if they threaten violence or retaliatory actions..
