WOMAN: Right. That’s certainly an area I’d like to learn more about. I’ve got lots of friends who don’t eat meat. In fact, I think I might have seen that school today. Is it just by the market? OFFICIAL: That’s right. So they don’t have any problem getting their ingredients. They’re right next door. And they also offer a special two-hour course in how to use a knife. I'd been out of action following a serious back injury. This was to be my first climb in over three years, so completing it was no mean feat. Taking part was significant for me, as it marked the end of my recovery and the restart of my sporting life. I probably did bite off more than I could chew, but despite not being very fit, along with some muscular soreness during the climb, I stayed focused and I made it. I realized it really is a case of mind over matter in life, which is what I now tell others facing similar situations. Speaker two. - H When my husband presented me with tickets for a hot air balloon ride over Central Scotland, I have to admit, I did view the whole experience with a fair amount of trepidation. Anyway, since he had clearly put a great deal of effort into organizing the day, I didn't have the heart to back out. The ride lasted around an hour, and surprisingly, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sguessly focusing on the fact that we were so high up. It has become clear to me now how much our anxieties hold us back. I'd always avoided activities that involved heights, forever concerned that I would be too petrified to enjoy it. However, as this experience showed me, things we dread are never as bad as we imagine them to be.
