In the following phases, sorted bottles are compressed into large square blocks before being crushed into manageable pieces by a pair of gears. The next part involves washing these plastic chunks in a tank, then they are fed to a mill to create pellets in the sixth step of operation. Subsequently, the pellets undergo heat treatment to form blocks of raw materials in the seventh and eighth stage respectively. Finally, these materials are utilized to manufacture new products such as bags, stationeries and clothes, ready for consumption before entering this cycle again after use.
