CLIPPER DEE Material : Indonesian Steam Coal in Bulk Quantity : 30,110.00 MT Place of Inspection : Muara Berau Anchorage, East Kalimantan, Indonesia Date of Inspection : 25th May – 5 th June 2024 General Information Vessel arrived : 25th May 2024 at 00.24 LT Initial draught survey : 25th May 2024 at 15.00 – 16.00 LT Loading commenced : 25th May 2024 at 18.50 LT Loading completed : 5th June 2024 at 22.30 LT Final draught survey : 5th June 2024 at 22.30 – 23.30 LT Total amount of material loaded : 30,110.00 MT (as per B/L) Vessel Hold Cleanliness Upon inspection of the vessel to be loaded, all holds of the vessel were found to be clean. Visual Cargo Inspection Prior to the loading process, the material was delivered to the vessel in 5 separate barges. A visual inspection of the visible surfaces of each barge was performed while alongside the vessel. Visually the cargo was found to be without any significant oversize and no contamination of foreign material was evident. The material on the surface of the vessel’s holds after loading was visually observed to be mostly in moist condition as shown from the visual samples taken from each sample bag. The physical appearance of the coal was observed as mostly being ‘Black in colour’. Loading operations The loading operations were carried out at Muara Berau Anchorage, East Kalimantan, Indonesia and were performed by the use of a MV. Clipper Dee’s crane loader which was equipped with 4 (four) units of grab crane with each grab capacity was approximately 10 MT. The material was loaded from 5 feeder barges and transferred directly across into the vessel’s holds. The loading rate was approximately 617 tph. All loading sequences were monitored.

Sampling/Sample Preparation Manual sampling operations were carried out at Muara Berau Anchorage, East Kalimantan. The gross samples from all sub-lots were manually taken at the barge. The sampling composition of material loaded onto the vessel was divided into 5 sub-lots with the total sample increments collected was ranging from 73 – 100 increments per sub-lot. Sample preparation for the vessel gross sample was carried out in accordance with the ASTM standards method.
