Content text Guide to Big 5 Quiz Results

Congratulations on completing the Big 5 Quiz! Use this guide to understand your Big 5 Quiz results. Your Big 5 scores are contained in the email you received after submitting the quiz! How to Interpret Your Scores ● You will have 7 scores across 5 sections that correlate to what are known as the "Big 5" personality pillars: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, & Openness to Experience. ● Each of the Big 5 categories are out of 120 points - therefore, your score is considered "high" if it is above 61 & considered "low" if below. ● Within each Big 5 category, there are 6 associated sub-categories that are scored out of 20 points - therefore, your score for each one is considered "high" if it is above 11 & considered "low" if below. Please note: having a "higher" or "lower" score in a particular area does not automatically mean you are "better" or "worse" in that area -- it simply relates to how you may leverage your skills. For example, if you have a high agreeableness score, that might mean you are strong in making connections with people but may have a tough time delivering critiques. If you have a low agreeableness score, then you may be very efficient at getting results but may step on a few toes along the way. Being aware of how your attributes show up in the real world will help you better understand your natural leadership style & increase your effectiveness! Use the sidebar on the left side of this document to navigate directly to descriptions of each score sub-category.
