Sovereignty I. The official languages of the Kingdom shall be French and English. II. The official name of the nation shall be: The Kingdom of France. A. The Kingdom of France may also be referred to as “the Kingdom,” “France,” and “the State.” III. The national flag shall be the blue, white and red tricolour flag. IV. The French Coat of arms shall always be found on the seal on the constitution. V. The National Anthem of the Kingdom shall be “La Marseillaise.” VI. The Motto of the Kingdom shall be "Liberté, égalité, fraternité" . VII. The principle of the Kingdom shall be: government in service of the people, by the King, through constitutional rule. VIII. The official United Nations the Kingdom of France shall take part in is “OUN” or OurStandingFather’s United Nations. IX. National sovereignty shall be vested in the people, who shall exercise it through their representatives and by means of referendum. X. No section of the people nor any individual may arrogate to itself, or to himself, the exercise thereof. XI. Suffrage may be direct or indirect as provided for by the Constitution. It shall always be universal, equal and secret. XII. Political parties and groups shall contribute to the exercise of suffrage. They shall be formed and carry on their activities freely. They shall respect the principles of national sovereignty and democracy. XIII. French Overseas Territories are:
