Overview This year, prospective candidates for internship positions at Procter & Gamble are required to successfully complete two components of the online assessment process: the PEAK Performance Assessment and the Interactive Assessment. In the PEAK Performance Assessment, there is no limit on time but usually takes around 20 minutes. It serves as a thorough examination of your personality, work approach, and background, crafted to gauge your suitability for both the role and the culture at P&G. This assessment combines situational judgment, personality traits, leadership qualities, and motivational factors to offer a well-rounded perspective on your capabilities and potential within the organization, which is divided into 2 formats: multiple choice and rating questions. In the Interactive Assessment, the race starts from there! This test takes around 30 minutes to complete. It serves as a thorough examination of your deductive, spatial, and numerical reasoning. This information will be used to evaluate how well your particular qualifications and abilities meet the specific criteria required to successfully perform as a talented candidate. The assessment combines 3 following types: Switch Challenge, Digit Challenge, and Grid Challenge, with a tight time limit for each part and you need to answer as quickly as you can. 1. How to ace your PEAK Performance Assessment? With over 1000 questions in the P&G question bank for the PEAK Performance Assessment, it's essential to approach your preparation seriously. While examples of questions can be found online, it's important to note that these questions may change annually.
